A bit of a rocky start, cup arrived and had the sound of broken pieces. When I opened the parcel up the handle was broken into 3 pieces. I took some photos and sent them in an email Aidan. He immediately dispatched another replacement mug but with a lot more bubble wrap. Recieved it within a couple of days.
